Founded in Lusaka in 1983 by Architects Dr. Francis Mwape Ndilila and Irene Ndilila; Ndilila Associates Architects strives to impact people through places. Our work follows the principle of well-defined form following a precise function to deliver practical architectural solutions. No matter how large or small a project, it is our objective to provide architectural, developmental and project management services to the highest standard.

In order to ensure this high professional standard is maintained, either one or both of the Partners are fully responsible for any given project. The firm utilises highly trained support staff and the latest in architectural software (Autodesk Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) 2022 Collection) to ensure an international standard of delivery. Our office is equipped with the latest Dell Precision 5820 Tower PCs with i9 Processors and Nvidia Quadro RTX5000 Graphics in order to deliver the highest quality drawings and 3D imagery.
